

ANTIOX Single-Head Pre-vacuum Unit WITH Bottle Evacuation and Gas Injection Prior to Filling.
Prior to filling, a single – head turret can be installed to perform oxygen pre-vacuuming followed by the injection of inert gas into the empty bottles; this allows the oxygen inside the container to be replaced by the injected gas.
Via a screw conveyor with a special holding station, the bottle is positioned under the centering bell, which uses a pneumatic piston to press the centering bell onto the bottle neck.
The latter, using cams, first allows the pre-evacuation of oxygen via a vacuum pump and then, via a special valve, injects inert gas into the cylinder.
If the cylinder is not positioned under the nozzle, no gas is dispensed: therefore, there is no wastage.



ANTIOX ROTARY PRE-VACUUM UNIT WITH GAS INJECTION PRIOR TO FILLING.
Prior to filling, a rotary turret can be installed to perform oxygen pre-vacuuming followed by the injection of inert gas into the empty bottles; this allows the oxygen inside the container to be replaced by the injected gas.
Via the star wheel at the inlet, the bottle is positioned under the centering bell, a
mechanical jack raises the bottle to the dispensing nozzle.
Using cams, the nozzle first evacuates the oxygen via a pump and then, via a special valve, injects inert gas into the bottle.
If the cylinder is not positioned under the nozzle, no gas is dispensed: therefore, there is no wastage.
DEOX OXYGEN REMOVAL SYSTEM WITH INERT GAS INJECTION.
The DEOX unit is installed to remove most of the oxygen inside the bottle by injecting an inert gas, which may be nitrogen or CO₂, thereby evacuating a large proportion of the oxygen remaining inside the bottle.
