Triblock and monoblock systems specifically designed for production rates of up to 1,200 bottles per hour, operating via pure gravity or vacuum, ideal for filling still wine.
Ideal for small annual production volumes, their price, reliability and build quality are the key selling points for those seeking the convenience of an automatic machine at a reduced cost.
filling of mini bottles ranging from 20 ml to 200 ml.
The high-vacuum system is used for filling dense and viscous liquids such as vegetable oils, syrups, liqueurs, etc., using glass bottles or bottles made from
highly resistant materials. The difference between this method and gravity or slight vacuum filling lies in the fact that this type of filling is achieved by creating a vacuum inside the bottle, thereby reducing the product’s viscosity and allowing it to flow into the bottle.
The intensity of the vacuum flow into the bottle can be adjusted according to the product’s viscosity and the required output, naturally within the limits set by the number of taps on the machine.
A high-vacuum filling system located outside the filling chamber, which allows for the recovery of product from the tank.
The system is equipped with piping for draining the product from the main chamber to the product recovery tank, complete with a pump for returning the product to the main tank.
The internal parts in contact with the product can be easily cleaned.
This system also allows the alcohol content to be maintained when filling alcoholic beverages.
During the filling phase, the air present in the bottle is forced by the liquid into the air return pipe on the filling valve; this pipe normally directs the air into the product chamber. With this system, however, the air is directed outside the product chamber, preventing any residual oxygen present in the bottle from contaminating the product in the tank.
The air channeled outside the tank and any product residues (condensation present in the air) are collected in a special container located on the machine base, which can be emptied as required.
Inside the filling chamber, above the product, a constant-pressure nitrogen blanket is created to completely prevent product contamination by oxygen.
Special Triblock –Monoblocks which, thanks to their design featuring an extended pitch and specially designed taps with larger-sized spouts, enable the filling of 3–5 liter cylindrical and shaped containers, made of both glass and PET.
Triblock –Monoblocks, thanks to their special design featuring a reduced pitch and specially designed valves with very small slide mechanisms, enable the filling of mini bottles ranging from 20 ml to 200 ml.
