Range of filling valves

STANDARD Model Valve

The “STANDARD” tap has been completely redesigned with new features. This tap is particularly suitable for filling still water and still wines by gravity, or slightly sparkling wines using a slight vacuum; when this valve is combined with the double-chamber vacuum filler, excellent performance is achieved. The tap is connected to the product tank (bell) via a quick-release coupling for easy disassembly. The product is sealed by a sliding mechanism, which in turn closes the air return pipe, preventing communication between the product bell and the external environment, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination from atmospheric air. All parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request) and materials suitable for food contact. Carefully constructed to facilitate cleaning and sterilization, both cold (using chemicals) and hot (using steam). Bottle centering device with an easily removable conical section, for quick format changeover in the event of different bottle necks. Level adjustment via special spacers on the sliding section, with the additional option of fine adjustment via a threaded spacer. Opening of the tap for washing and sterilization via a bayonet coupling fitted directly to the tap; option to use semi-automatic dummy bottles.

different bottle necks. Level adjustment by raising or lowering the machine: by raising and lowering the tank, the level in the bottle can be varied from a minimum of 5 mm to a maximum of 25 mm. For higher levels, special ‘U’-shaped spacers can be fitted, raising the maximum level to 70 mm. Filling nozzle particularly suitable for Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhine and similar bottles. The nozzle opens for washing and sterilization via a bayonet coupling located directly on the nozzle; semi-automatic dummy bottles can be used.

quick and easy, achieved by rotating the capping head on its own axis. Changing the tooling and adjusting the height are quick and simple to carry out.

STANDARD FOR DAME valve

The “STANDARD FOR DAME” tap has been completely redesigned with new features. The product is sealed by a sliding valve, which in turn closes the air return pipe, preventing communication between the product bell and the external environment, thus minimizing the risk of contamination from atmospheric air. GR60 valve

This tap is particularly suitable for filling still water and still wines using gravity or a slight vacuum; when combined with a double-chamber vacuum filler, it delivers excellent performance. The tap is connected to the product tank (chamber) via a quick-release coupling for easy disassembly.

The product is sealed by an air return cap, which in turn closes the air return tube, preventing communication between the product chamber and the external environment, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination from atmospheric air. All parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request) and materials suitable for food contact. Carefully designed to facilitate washing and sterilization, both cold (using chemicals) and hot (using steam). Bottle centering device with an easily removable conical section, for quick format changeover in the event of different bottle necks.

Easily removable from its housing thanks to the bayonet fitting. The operator can dismantle it into all its individual parts without the use of any tools, to facilitate inspection of the components and ensure rapid maintenance.

The liquid level in the bottle is adjusted not only by inserting or removing the appropriate spacers, but also via a screw-adjustment device to achieve minimal variation between levels. Instead of 5 mm, with the GR 60 model, you can adjust the setting in 1 mm increments using the appropriate ring nut.

GR60 self - levelling valve

GR 60 self-levelling” quick-connect valve, for easy disassembly, suitable for gravity or slight vacuum filling. Central air return pipe with a dedicated shut-off device: as there is no communication between the product chamber and the external environment, the risk of contamination from atmospheric air is minimized. All parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request) and materials suitable for food contact; they are machined from solid stock without welds to prevent product build-up in the gaps. Bottle centering device with an easily removable conical section, for quick format changeover in the event of different bottle necks. Level adjustment is carried out via a gear located at the center of the filler; by rotating this gear in either direction, the sliding part of the tap (which is also fitted with a gear) is raised or lowered, thereby adjusting the level. The central gear can be rotated automatically via a selector switch on the electrical panel or manually using a handwheel, depending on the customer’s requirements. This system ensures a travel range of 70 mm for the sliding part: in particular, levels can be set from 20 mm up to 90 mm from the top of the bottle. Opening of the tap for washing and sterilization via a bayonet coupling positioned above the gear mechanism on the tap; compatible with semi-automatic dummy bottles. It is available in a standard version with a body made entirely of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, and in an eco version with a body made of high-strength plastic suitable for use in the food industry.

GR60 vacuum valve

The “GR 60 SV” valve has been completely redesigned with new features. This valve is particularly suitable for filling still water and still wines by gravity, or slightly sparkling wines with the aid of a slight vacuum; when combined with the double-chamber vacuum filler, excellent performance is achieved. The valve is connected to the product tank (chamber) via a quick – release coupling for easy disassembly. The product is sealed by a sliding mechanism, which in turn closes the air return pipe, preventing communication between the product chamber and the external environment, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination from atmospheric air.
